Semalam aku dapat email dari yahoogroups Dgemilang bertajuk 'Site Visit @ 26/4/07 @ 2.30pm'. Tak ada yg rahsia sangat tentang email ni. So, aku rasa bolehlah aku copy dan paste masuk blog tanpa persetujuan sesiapa. Dapatlah orang2 yg tak dapat nak pegi site bayangkan serba sedikit tentang keadaan sekarang ni.Emailnya berbunyi macam ni:

Assalamualaikum wbt

Semalam, ahad sy sj pergi menujah ke Desa Gemilang. Beberapa kemajuan telah di buat :

1. Sepanjang jalan dr persimpangan kubur ke Kg Sg Pusu telah diperbaiki/diturap tar. Lega tgk jln ke taman dah elok, kalo tidak berlubang dan berpasir.

2. Blok G & H (Jalan DG/1) telah diberi no rumah.. bukan no lot, tetapi No rumah. Block yg lain saya tak pasti.

3. Jalan telah diturap semula di hadapan block N, L and O.. nampak cantik sbb jalan hitam dan tak berdebu dgn tanah. Harap kontractor akan turap 1 taman lepas ni.

4. Block I sedang dicat. Tangga belum dipasang lagi. Tandas sudah dipasang.

5. Lampu jalan dr kg sg pusu ke taman telah dipasang, harap jgn hilang atau kene curi lampu jalan tu.

6. Overall tgk keadaan taman lebih kemas, brg2 construction dah tak byk di dlm taman.

Rasanye itu saja kot.

Aku dok cari dalam web tadi apa dia "nailing system". Complicated rupa-rupanya. Aku jumpa link ke beberapa websites pasal ni. Antaranya ialah simple explanation dia.[click sini]Atau yg berbelit explanation dia. [click sini]

Mungkin yg MB maksudkan tu caranya lain. Entahlah. Sekarang aku boleh imagine pakai tukul yg teramatlah besar dan paku yg terlalulah panjang. Wallahu a'lam. Kalau betul la macam tu, elok aje pakai jentolak rendahkan bukit tu. Lagi cepat dan murah. Anyway, aku bukanlah expert. Biarlah engineer buat kerja. Semoga semuanya ok dan kita dapat kunci dan rumah ok.

22 April 2007 - Lampu Jalan

Nih untuk teman2 yang takde chance nak lawat kawasan perumahan. Kalau ade dengar cerita yang tiang lampu dah pasang - ni lah buktinye, saya postkan dua tiga gambar. Lampu2 jalan takdelah jauh sangat jaraknye - takde lah gelap sangat kawasan rumah kita nanti. Saya lupa plak nak tengok betul2 kalau sambungan letrik telah di buat ke blok rumah. Tapi meter letrik confirm belum ade. Meter air pun confirm belum ade. Tiang lampu kat blok Q & R - dekat rumah saye la tuh Dekat blok G & H pulak
Jalan mula2 masuk ke kawasan perumahan - depan Blok E
Nih jalan naik (atau jalan turun)
OK - saya dah nak balik dah mase ambik gambar last nih.

22 April 2007 - Pemandangan Dari Atas Cerun Sensasi

Lagi halwa mata Teman2 - harap tatap gambar nih lama2 - letih saya panjat nih, biar lah berbaloi yek.... ape ape hal pun.. saya dah tak payah exercise dah sampai hujung minggu depan. Kita mula dari hujung blok T & Fasa 2
Toleh kiri sikit Toleh kiri lagi Toleh kiri lagi - sampai hujung Blok Q - kira habis lah tuh. Cantik jugak pemandangan kawasan rumah kita nih.

22 April 2007 - Tangki Air

Seperti yang di janjikan (walaupun lewat seminggu), saya sajikan halwa mata, walaupun topiknye tak seberapa - yelah tangki air la katakan Nih pandangan waktu mendaki ke tangki Haa.. ni dah nak sampai
Ni dia tangki air untukl kawasan perumahan kita, agak2 cukup tak?? Saya mandi pakai air banyak...

Godown district coming up near KLIA

THE Selangor government will develop a new godown district near the KL International Airport for use as a trading facility.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo said the state planned to create the facility on a 480ha site through its development arm Perbadanan Kemajuan Negri Selangor (PKNS).

“I want Selangor to move into more trading activities and I have seen how they have managed to run their godowns in Los Angeles during my visit there last week,” he said after chairing a state executive council meeting in Shah Alam.

He said he had also asked PKNS to use more open development concepts like those used in the United States where the designs were more relaxed but practical.

He was also impressed at how development in the US was able to ensure the security of the neighbourhoods through their designs while being environmentally friendly.

“We want developers here to also look into including these features in their future developments,” he said.

Speaking on the Malaysia Airports Bhd Employees Co-operative’s (Komab) development in Selayang, Dr Khir said the co-operative had been given the option to use a “nailing system” to strengthen the slope instead of tearing down 26 houses to terrace it.

He said Kumpulan Ikram Sdn Bhd had studied the slope and found that it could be strengthened using the nailing technique.

The state government had, on March 28, directed the co-operative to tear down the 26 houses as the state government would not allow the buffer zone for a dam to be used to create the terraces.

Komab was also fined RM250,000 for failing to follow the development plan approved by the Selayang Municipal Council.

Dr Khir said the cost for the nailing technique would be the same as that to demolish the houses as the co-operative would have to compensate the affected house buyers if it took up the latter option.

“We have not set any deadline for Komab but we will not issue a Certificate of Fitness (CF) until the works have been completed,” he said.

Dr Khir also called on house buyers to understand the government’s stand when it refused to issue CFs for projects where the developer had failed to provide the infrastructure as stipulated in the building conditions.

“We stop CFs from being issued to protect buyers because the developers will wash their hands of the issue once they obtain the certificates. There will be no one to take responsibility if, for example, the houses collapse,” he said.

He said the state government often became a punching bag for both developers and buyers whenever it stopped the issuance of the CF for failure to follow the development plans.

8 April 2007 - Cerun Sensasi

Salam Pegi jenguk rumah tadi - eish macam rumah yang dah di hand-over pulak bunyi nye. Gambar2 nih saya ambik lewat petang tadi. Anggap gambar cerun nih sebagai "control" nak compare selepas "diperkukuhkan" nanti. Niat asal nak panjat cerun, tapi hujan lah pulak, terpaksalah niat di lupakan.

Hai! Borak-borak sikit

Assalamualaikum semua yang berminat tentang desa gemilang!

Memang dah lama saya tak update. Memang terlalu sibuk. Walaubagaimanapun, semua status terkini tentang desa gemilang sentiasa dibincangkan di dalam dgemilang@yahoogroups.com

Sekarang ini pembeli-pembeli desa gemilang sudah mempunyai satu AJK bertindak. Jangan segan-segan untuk menjadi ahli! Butirannya akan diceritakan minggu depan!

AJK ini bukan terdiri dari bekas-bekas pembeli yg telah ditamatkan S&P mereka oleh KOMAB. Kami terdiri dari pembeli-pembeli yg masih sah dan akan sah sentiasa, selama-lamanya.

Jadi, sekarang ini terdapat tiga saluran pembeli utk berharmoni dan mengeratkan tali-silaturrahim secara lebih kuat lagi:
1-Dengan menjadi ahli kesatuan. (Nanti saya akan terangkan butirannya. minggu depan.)
2-Dengan menjadi ahli yahoogroups.
3-Dengan memberi komen di dalam blog ini.
