Enam Jenis Konkrit Blok Berongga

Aku tak ingat bila aku korek info pasal konkrit blok ni. First, dgn Kumar. Second dgn Ridzwan. Then, the rest tu aku search internet aje.

Mula2 sekali jenis Stretcher:

STRETCHER

Majority of the blocks used in the ZOOM Blocks System is the Stretcher block.

The dimensions are 16” x 7 5/8” x 8” (L x W x H).

The Tongues & Grooves along the sides ,top and bottom of the block serve to align the stacked blocks in a vertical plane to form that straight wall.

UNIVERSAL CORNER

The Universal Corner is a key block in the ZOOM Blocks System.

It is 15 5/8” x 7 5/8” x 8” (L x N x H).

The Universal Corner Block can be used for both L-corners and T-corners. It islso designed to integrate with vertically placed reinforcement steel bars to form reinforced columns. The saw-offs allow horizontally placed reinforcement steel bars to be integrated to form the full reinforced column and beam structure.

BOND BEAM

The Bond Beam, 16” x 7 5/8” x 8’ (L x W x H), integrates with reinforcement steel bars to form reinforced beams.

It is stacked at the top course to complete the wall and along windows to give reinforcement. The Bond Beams and the Universal Corners, together with reinforcement steel bars, act as a binding ring that holds all the other ZOOM Blocks stacked in-between to give a solid wall structure.

DOUBLE TONGUE

The Double Tongue, 16” x 7 5/8” x 8” (L x W x H), is similar to the Stretcher except that it has Tongues on both sides of the block.

This allows the direction of the tongues and grooves to change direction which allows greater versatility to adapt to different applications.

UTILITY STRETCHER

The Utility-Stretcher, 16” x 7 5/8” x 8” (L x W x H), provides saw-offs that allow vertical and/or horizontal utility pipes (e.g. water and electricity pipes) access through the block. This provides a neater finish with all the various piping within the wall system.

HALF STRETCHER

The HaIf-Stretcher 8” x 7 5/8” x 8” (L x W x H), is half the length of the regular Stretcher. Together with the other five types of blocks, it completes the entire ZOOM Blocks System.
